About
Angela Zhou. A broker you can trust with your next move.

Angela Zhou started TrueStone Realty because she believed clients deserved a real estate advisor they could trust — someone knowledgeable, reliable, and honest about what a home is really worth.
Since 2016 Angela has earned that trust across Greater Columbus — the older bones of German Village and Clintonville, the school-driven moves into Upper Arlington and New Albany, and the fast-changing build-outs along the northern suburbs. That range matters, because pricing a 1920s bungalow and pricing a builder spec home are two different disciplines, and reliable advice depends on knowing both.
Angela keeps the client roster deliberately small. That means you talk to your broker, not a coordinator; showings get scheduled around your life rather than a team calendar; and when an inspection turns up something important at 9pm, someone who knows your file picks up.
She is straightforward about what a property is worth and what it isn't. Occasionally that costs a listing. It has never cost a client twice — because trust, once earned, is the foundation of every relationship at TrueStone Realty.
How we work
Trust first
You'll hear the case against a house as clearly as the case for it. Reliable advice means no surprises at closing.
Knowledgeable counsel
Flood plains, levy history, tear-down pressure, alley access — the details that never make the listing sheet but always affect your decision.
Reliable contact
The person who tours the house is the person who writes the offer and sits at closing. One knowledgeable point of contact, start to finish.
